Fairways has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Perth based client. This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary.
You will provide financial assistance to support the business needs and work with the Management Team to assist with financial requirements.
Your main duties will include:
- Posting of all supplier invoices to Sage Purchase Ledger
- Raising purchase orders
- Importing forms
- Liaising with imports and chasing supplies
- Analytical project work
- Reconciling of statements
- Data Entry
- Any additional ad hoc work
- Previous accounts assistant experience
- Attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Methodical and thorough approach to work
- Naturally organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
- Great team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office including advanced Excel
- Experience in using Sage accounting software essential
- Driver with access to own vehicle
Monday - Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Salary £18,000 - £24,000 DOE
