Fairways has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our Perth based client.  This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary.
 
Job Purpose
 
You will provide financial assistance to support the business needs and work with the Management Team to assist with financial requirements.
Your main duties will include:
  • Posting of all supplier invoices to Sage Purchase Ledger
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Importing forms
  • Liaising with imports and chasing supplies
  • Analytical project work
  • Reconciling of statements
  • Data Entry
  • Any additional ad hoc work
 
Required skills:
  • Previous accounts assistant experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work
  • Naturally organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritise
  • Great team player
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including advanced Excel
  • Experience in using Sage accounting software essential
  • Driver with access to own vehicle
 
Benefits:
Monday - Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm
Salary £18,000 - £24,000 DOE
