Fairways is currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant for our client based in Highland Perthshire. This is a temporary ongoing role, working hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday to Monday 9am to 6pm. You must be a driver and be available for an immediate start.

Job Purpose 

To help assist with the smooth running of the shop floor and to deliver excellent customer service. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cash Handling
  • General cleaning duties 
  • Checking deliveries of stock 
  • Following relevant Health and Safety and Food Safety procedures.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service 

Skills Required 

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Good customer service skills 
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Previous customer service experience  
  • Must be a driver

Benefits 

£8.91 per hour

9am – 5pm (Tuesday to Thursday) and 9am - 6pm (Friday to Monday)
